Lead screw shaft
The lead screw shaft is made of high-strength alloy steel, which has been finely ground for high surface hardness and excellent wear resistance. With a diameter of 16mm, it can provide good torsional rigidity, effectively resist the torque load generated during the transmission process, and ensure the stability and accuracy of the transmission.

Nut
The nut is matched with the lead screw shaft, and the internal design has a precise ball circulation channel, and a special inverter structure is used to make the ball roll smoothly between the nut and the lead screw shaft. The outer diameter of the nut has been optimized to ensure sufficient internal space for the ball, while also taking into account the overall structure of the compact, easy to install in a variety of equipment layout.

Ball
The selection of high-quality ball, its material has a good balance of hardness and toughness, after precision screening and grading, to ensure that the ball diameter tolerance is very small, high consistency. The ball forms rolling friction between the lead screw and the nut. Compared with the traditional sliding friction, the friction is greatly reduced, the transmission efficiency is significantly improved, and the wear is also reduced and the service life of the product is extended.

Sealing structure
At both ends of the nut is equipped with an efficient sealing device, effectively prevent dust, impurities and cutting fluid and other foreign matter into the ball circulation system, to avoid wear and corrosion of the ball, screw and nut, to ensure that the ball screw can still operate stably and reliably in harsh working environment, reduce maintenance costs and downtime.
