Product Description
Structure: Ball grinding nut SFAR series is mainly composed of nut body, ball, circulation device and other parts. The nut body is equipped with a precise spiral raceway, the ball is placed in the raceway, and the circulating device ensures that the ball is rolled in the raceway, so that the nut can cooperate with the ball screw to achieve linear movement.
Working principle: When the ball screw rotates, the ball rolls between the raceway of the screw and the nut, and drives the nut to move in a straight line along the screw axis due to the rolling friction of the ball. Compared with the traditional sliding friction, this rolling friction method greatly reduces the friction force and improves the transmission efficiency.

For example, its surface roughness Ra value may reach 0.2-0.4 μm, which is a high-precision surface that can effectively reduce the vibration and noise of the ball during rolling.

Dimensional accuracy:
The grinding process also enables precise control of the dimensional accuracy of the nut. In the manufacturing process, the strict grinding process can ensure that the inner diameter of the nut, the outer diameter and the dimensional tolerance of the raceway are controlled within a very small range. This is essential for a precise fit with the ball screw to improve the accuracy and stability of the entire ball screw drive system.

Load capacity and life:
Reasonable ball configuration makes SFAR series nuts have good load capacity. The number, size and distribution of balls are optimized to withstand large axial and radial loads. At the same time, due to the good contact between the ball and the ground raceway, the wear is reduced, thus extending the service life of the nut. Under normal conditions of use, its service life may be 30%-50% higher than that of ordinary nuts.

High transmission efficiency:
Because the grinding process reduces the friction coefficient between the ball and the raceway, the SFAR series nuts have a higher transmission efficiency when combined with the ball screw. Under normal circumstances, the transmission efficiency can reach more than 90%. This means that less energy is lost during power transmission, and the rotating motion of the screw can be effectively converted into the linear motion of the nut.

Precise positioning accuracy:
