The DF-RC7 robot intelligent communication system onboard transmitter is a robot transmitter developed by Zhongchuangxin and specifically for firefighting robots, which integrates functions such as image merging and transmission, bidirectional data transmission, etc. It has powerful functions and stable performance. Adopting the leading MESH self-organizing network technology, images and data are encrypted during transmission, and can be used in conjunction with handheld remote controls to form an intelligent communication system for robots. In application, DF-RC7 transmits on-site images and information (such as ignition point, oxygen concentration, machine vehicle information, etc.) to the control backend, which can transmit one or more videos separately and transmit backend control commands.

1. Advanced technology: Adopting MESH self-organizing network technology, supporting multi hop relay, stable transmission of images and signals in complex environments
2. Bidirectional transmission: The front-end can connect to 4 image inputs, of which 1 video can be controlled by pan tilt. The collected images and information are transmitted to the back-end through a transmitter. The back-end robot remote controller can send control instructions to the robot, achieving bidirectional data transmission of the robot's intelligent communication system
3. Working environment: The shell is made of aluminum alloy material with good thermal conductivity and has waterproof function, which can work in harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity, and extreme cold for a long time
4.Long transmission distance: The ground to ground line of sight transmission distance can reach more than 1.5 kilometers, and the air to ground transmission distance can reach 5 kilometers. It has strong resistance to multipath interference and is suitable for remote transmission
5. Remote control: It can remotely adjust parameters such as frequency, bandwidth, power, encryption, etc., with a wider range of applications, and power and frequency can be customized according to customer requirements.
