Smart-P2 pipeline desilting robot
Smart-P2 is a special underwater robot that integrates detection, desilting and sewage suction functions. It can be used for detection, desilting and sewage suction in urban pipe networks with pipe diameters ranging from 700mm to 3000mm.
This robot is equipped with three ultra-clear 4K detection cameras to monitor no dead ends in the pipeline and monitor the condition of the cutter suction device. Equipped with sonar and meter counting devices, it can accurately measure the thickness of underwater sludge and present the effect of desilting in real time. Location; Equipped with a detachable cutter suction device, the cleaned dirt can be discharged to the ground through the pump truck while dredging.
The equipment is controlled by a central control box or a mobile device, which is easy to carry and can monitor the robot's working status and dredging operations anytime and anywhere. The use of this equipment can greatly improve the work efficiency of pipe network dredging operators and the economic benefits of operating units, solve the problem of manual desilting being unable to be effective under complex working conditions, and eliminate personal casualties in high-risk operating environments.
