Product Description

The brushless direct drive servo motor is a frameless permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), which has the following characteristics:

1. Low cogging effect: a unique magnetic circuit design (fractional slot winding) is used to reduce the cogging effect.

2. Direct drive technology: the motor is directly connected to the load to achieve rigid coupling with the load, which fundamentally eliminates the reverse clearance and wear caused by mechanical transmission.

3. Frameless structure: it can occupy a small space during mechanical design and is easy to integrate into the system design.

4. Latch type Hall element: optional installation, convenient for users to use.

5. Large shaft aperture: easy to install or pass cables, optical devices, pipelines and other system components.

6. Compatible with a variety of drivers and controllers.

7. The appearance structure can be specially designed.


Application

The motor adopts a frameless structure and direct drive technology, with a large shaft aperture design to facilitate the threading of cables and equipment; with low cogging effect, it runs smoothly and has outstanding precision, facilitating efficient transmission. It is suitable for robots, CNC machine tools, packaging machinery, textile machinery, weapons and equipment (missile-seeker drive, radar pod-azimuth and pitch drive, shipborne equipment), etc.
