Product Description

TAD series precision planetary reducers have excellent performance. With a helical gear design, the tooth meshing rate exceeds 33%, the operation is smooth and low-noise, and the working environment is quieter. The backlash is extremely small, ≤5 arc minutes for single stage and ≤7 arc minutes for double stage, and the positioning is accurate to achieve high-precision transmission. The output shaft is optimized and matched with high-quality bearings to give high rigidity and high torque to cope with harsh working conditions. The efficiency performance is outstanding, with a single stage exceeding 95% and a double stage exceeding 92%, and significant energy saving. It has the advantages of maintenance-free, low grease loss, and lifetime lubrication. It is compatible with any servo motor and is easy to install, providing reliable guarantee for the efficient operation of the equipment.

Precautions For Use
1.Select the reasonable reducer, damage of reducer may happen if choosen a reducer beyond the right power.
2.During the set up of reducer, please do not use the hammer hitting the reducer body, in case of impacting the accuracy during running.
3.Under the running status of reducer, do not put the hands or other objects on the rotary shaft, in case of injury.
4.Any uncommon sound /nosie or uncommon vibration, please stop the reducer running and contact us, we will provide the best solution.
5.Do not disassemble the reducer, no guarantee on performance after reassemblying.
6.Start the reducer step by step, do not lift the loader to the upper limit.
7.To extend the life of reducer, please do not put the reducer in bad environment.
