Operation safety: laser safety sensor + mechanical anti-collision strip + sound and light alarm
· Laser obstacle avoidance (detection range 0~270 degrees, detection distance 0~3m adjustable) is used to form a safety protection device to ensure safe operation. The AGV brakes and stops when an obstacle is detected within 0.2~0.5 meters. When an obstacle is detected entering the safety warning area, the AGV slows down and issues a warning sound; when an obstacle is detected entering the danger zone, the AGV automatically stops and automatically resumes operation after the obstacle is removed.
· There is a contact sensor in front of the AGV - the anti-collision strip. When the anti-collision strip collides with an obstacle, the AGV will stop for protection, and the AGV will automatically resume operation after the obstacle is removed.
· The AGV has the functions of offline protection and automatic correction when it deviates from the track.
