This modular dome station is designed for robotic unmanned field sites. Prefabricated panel assembly generates minimal construction waste and reduces construction pollution. The curved dome structure offers stable structural safety for robot docking and control equipment in outdoor environments. The foam shell provides sound insulation, and the system reduces overall project cost compared with conventional buildings. Panels are pre-manufactured for easy transport and on-site assembly; multiple units can be connected to expand site layout. EU conformity certificate, SGS material test report and structural patent documents are available for project review.

Material Structure
The dome base station adopts high-density EPS hollow modules as core structural components to form an integrated shell. This structure features high toughness and energy dissipation capacity, delivering reliable protection for equipment and systems under seismic events.
Fast On-site Deployment
All modules are prefabricated in factory and assembled by workers on site with minimal foundation preparation. It shortens construction cycles, cuts on-site labor and greatly reduces project costs at remote locations.
Customizable for Robotic Operations
The modular dome system supports custom sizes, internal layouts and equipment openings. Multiple units can be connected to build integrated robotic bases, reserving dedicated zones for robot docking, power systems and control cabinets. It fits various unmanned field operation sites.

On-site Modular Assembly
This dome building uses modular installation. Basic panels are vertically bonded into unit modules first. These units are then horizontally connected and fixed, with door & window modules pre-installed. The top roof/skylight piece is attached last to finish assembly.
