Process Type
TIG precision welding
Using tungsten as the electrode, an arc is generated between the tungsten electrode and the workpiece, and the heat of the arc is used to melt the part to be welded. At the same time, inert gas is used to protect the welding area to prevent oxidation and form a high-quality weld.
Resistance spot welding
The electrodes apply pressure and current to the contact surface of the weldment, and the heat generated by the resistance between the weldments is used to heat and melt the metal at the contact point to form a weld, thereby achieving connection.
Micro-arc plasma welding
The arc is compressed with the help of a water-cooled copper nozzle to form a high-temperature, high-energy-density plasma arc as a welding heat source. The plasma arc has a high degree of ionization and energy density, which can quickly melt the weldment to form a weld.

Surface treatment process
