Product Description
DZD2 type single-piece electromagnetic brake is mainly composed of two parts: exciting part (yoke 1, coil 2, friction plate 3) and connecting assembly (armature 4, spring plate 5, connecting flange 6). When the exciting coil 2 is energized, magnetic flux is generated, and the magnetic yoke 1 absorbs the armature 4 and closes the magnetic circuit, thus generating friction torque and braking the transmission part. When the coil 2 is powered off, the armature 4 is released under the action of the spring plate 5, so that the braking is released.
This type of brake belongs to dry brake, it has no no-load torque, short switching and disconnecting time, long service life, stable performance and compact structure, easy installation, is an ideal automatic actuator in various mechanical transmission systems.
