Product Description
The track of small excavator is usually composed of track plate, chain rail joint, dowel, bushing and other components. The track plate is the part directly in contact with the ground, and its shape and material design can adapt to different terrain. For example, some track plates have a pattern on the surface, like a raised edge, which is to increase the friction with the ground and prevent slipping on wet or soft ground. The chain rail section is the key component connecting each track plate, which is connected to each other through the dowel and bushing to form a ring track structure.

Product Display

- Uniform weight dispersion: the track has a large contact area with the ground, which can evenly distribute the weight of the excavator on the ground, reduce the pressure per unit area, and make the excavator more stable when working, and less prone to rollover accidents.
- Adapt to complex terrain: whether it is soft land, muddy marshlands, or rugged mountains, the track can provide stable support for the excavator through its own deformation and good adhesion to the ground, so that it can work smoothly.

Strong grip: the pattern and structural design of the track make it have greater friction between it and the ground, which can provide strong traction, so that the excavator can more effectively cut into the soil during the excavation process, and easily dig and carry heavy objects.
Effectively prevent slipping: Compared with wheeled excavators, crawler excavators are not easy to slip on wet or muddy ground, and can better play their digging and operating capabilities. This advantage makes the crawler small excavator more advantageous in the construction of rainy days or bad weather conditions.
Application Cases
Due to the elastic characteristics of the rubber track, the vehicle equipped with it can absorb part of the vibration from the ground during the driving process. This makes the driver and the passenger feel less bumps in the car, improving the comfort of the ride. Just like after the installation of high-performance rubber shock-absorbing tracks on the off-road vehicle, even when driving on the rugged mountain road, the occupants of the car will not feel too strong vibrations.

Company Introduction
Tate Rubber is a professional manufacturer of rubber parts for the chassis of construction machinery and agricultural machinery. We are committed to providing our customers with professional technical services, quality products and timely and thoughtful service to help them achieve success in their respective fields.
For OEM customers, Tate's excellent technical team provides one-stop technical support. Customers can either use our existing specifications or customize according to their needs. During the design process, we fully communicate with the customer's technical team, design the structure of the track according to the customer's chassis frame and wheel train selection, and design the rubber formula according to the weight, speed and working conditions of the machine.
