The process flow of plastic vacuum electroplating

Plastic substrate → Surface cleaning (using organic solvents to remove oil stains and dust) → De-electrification (using ion wind guns and other equipment to eliminate surface static electricity) → Spray primer (spray modified polyester paint or modified polyurethane paint, etc. onto the plastic surface) → Bake primer (temperature 65-75℃, time 1.5-2 hours, making the primer cure) → Vacuum coating (vacuum degree around 5×10⁻³Pa, evaporating aluminum and other metals to form a coating on the plastic surface) → Spray topcoat (add a layer of protective coating on the coated surface) → Bake topcoat (temperature 60-65℃, time 30 minutes, curing the topcoat) → Finished product 

In actual production, additional auxiliary steps may be added depending on specific circumstances, such as inspection of the plastic substrate before plating, and quality inspection after plating.
