The turntable of the KTN170-10K hollow rotating platform is a hollow structure. The motor is connected to the side to facilitate the installation of air pipes and wires in the fixture. Like the distributor and direct drive motor, heavy objects can be directly fixed on the platform for transmission.
High rigidity. Made of selected steel, it has strong rigidity, special surface treatment, high hardness, good seismic performance, suitable for high-speed processing, and ensures hole processing accuracy.
This product includes the following important components: Thread hole, Sensor chip, Turntable, Base, Reduction component, Motor connection direction.

Choose any reduction ratio and equip any motor
The hollow rotary platform can flexibly change the interface size through customized flanges and input shaft holes, and is suitable for connecting servo motors and stepper motors of any brand.

High repeatability
The gear accuracy of the hollow rotating platform reaches level 4, which makes the return stroke of the hollow rotating platform extremely small. The design of adjustable gear center distance is adopted to compensate for the error generated during assembly. The repeatability can reach 15 arc seconds.

High rigidity, suitable for various working conditions
Considering the lateral force when the product is used, a cross roller bearing is used, and an anti-overturning stabilizing ring is set in the middle. In order to better withstand the lateral load during use.
