The movement of the AGV relies on the automatic guidance device to realize the control of the line. Usually, positioning is very important, that is, electromagnetic induction positioning, to achieve single track driving. Structural features and functions of AGV wireless charging device
The power supply device is equivalent to the battery installed in an ordinary AGV, which can provide a stable voltage for the AGV system to drive the AGV car; it includes a charging terminal, a battery management system, a lithium-ion capacitor module, a voltage-stabilized power supply, a discharge interface, an AGV brake pad and a brake resistor.
The AGV system is an AGV that uses electromagnetic navigation to determine the automatic driving path and has a certain carrying capacity. The system does not contain batteries.
The receiving device is equipped with a magnetic coupling resonance receiving coil, which can receive electrical energy by magnetic coupling; the corresponding magnetic coupling resonance transmitting coil is buried under the preset track of the AGV. When the AGV enters the wireless power transmission range, the transmitting coil can wirelessly transmit electrical energy to the receiving device through magnetic coupling.
