CIOT focuses on the overall solution of commercial service robots for intelligent buildings, is a leading service robot R&D, manufacturing and sales service enterprise in China. As service robot technology becomes more widespread and applied, sci-fi scenarios previously seen in movies are gradually becoming a reality in everyday life, with smart hotel operations becoming the trend. Features like completing facial verification and self-check-in procedures within a minute from the parking lot to the hotel, playing music, adjusting temperature, or drawing curtains through voice interaction, and checking the weather, news, and traffic information with a touch on a smart mirror, are becoming more common. The impact of the pandemic has made the contactless services provided by robots more reassuring, accelerating the popularization of intelligent service robots in the hotel industry.
CIOT closely follows market demands and has launched a smart hotel solution that has been applied in hundreds of hotels. This solution aids in the digital transformation of hotels by reducing energy consumption and labor costs, and by enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.

To provide citizens with a safer and more comfortable artistic and activity environment, the Xiangwan Civic Art Center has consistently embraced technological innovation, aiming to create a high-quality smart central venue.As an essential part of its smart upgrade management, the Xiangwan Civic Art Center has deliberately introduced the comprehensive robot solution from CIOT.The robot "squad," consisting of the CIOT Intelligent Visitor Robot (Lele), the Reception and Patrolling Robot (Huanhuan), and the Disinfection Spray Robot, has been collectively deployed at the center. They provide intelligent and unmanned services, making citizen activities more convenient and reassuring.
In the open exhibition hall area of the center, you will be greeted by the CIOT Reception and Patrolling Robot as it approaches you. It will provide detailed explanations of the exhibition contents one by one. As a capable "tour guide," when citizens enter the exhibition hall, the robot will proactively greet them and offer guided tours, explanations, and answer any questions. In addition, it possesses functions such as voice interaction, facial recognition, and autonomous obstacle avoidance. Despite its small size, it brings a significant technological flair to the center's exhibition hall area.
