ABR series angular precision planetary gear reducer: the precise choice of industrial drive

Functional Features
■ Planetary inner tooth ring
The gear ring and the output end housing are integrated design, using high-quality color steel, through hot forging forming, so as to obtain a higher material density, the integrated design can ensure that all geometric sizes are processed in one time, compared with other embedded, clamped and other structures with higher accuracy and strength.
■ Precision gear
The reducer adopts helical gear design, and the meshing rate is more than twice that of a general straight tooth. It has the characteristics of smooth running, low noise, high output torque and low back backlash.
■ Star rack
The planetary boom and output shaft adopt the integrated structure design, and the front and rear bearings are distributed in the box with a long span to form a stable integrated structure. Ensures high torsional rigidity and accuracy. Adjust the axial clearance through the adjustment number on the planetary frame.
■ Spiral umbrella teeth
The spiral umbrella teeth are made of high-grade alloy steel. After gear hobbing and hot loading, the gear grinding process is adopted to achieve high precision bite point, low back backlash and low noise.
■ Input shaft
The input shaft and locking device adopt integrated design and double bolt matching distribution to achieve dynamic balance at the same time. Through the double bolt strong locking, effectively prevent the motor shaft drive slip, real high precision zero backlash power transmission.
■ Connecting flange
Advanced connection flange design, easy to install with a variety of factory servo, stepper motor perfect combination.
