The DDSM series of sinusoidal brushless torque motors (also known as DD motors or sinusoidal brushless DC direct drive motors) come in a variety of thicknesses and torque ranges. They are easy to install, have excellent performance, and a long service life. We can provide customers with proprietary customized solutions. Unlike brushed DC torque motors, the DDSM series sinusoidal brushless torque motors have no brush wear, no commutation spark interference, and have greatly improved reliability and service life. This series of products is applicable to various high-precision platforms, optical turrets, tank turrets, unmanned aerial vehicle pods, medical equipment, underwater robots, high-precision CNC machine tools, industrial robot systems, intelligent agriculture, factory automation and other occasions.
Functional Features

This structural design of the motor has the following prominent advantages:
Natural cooling does not require external heat dissipation equipment
Seamless connection with equipment enhances system accuracy
It can be combined with mainstream servo drivers to form a servo system with strong adaptability and superior low-speed performance
It offers a variety of stacking thicknesses and torque ranges, and the core stacking thicknesses can be customized
It adopts advanced electromagnetic design, which can achieve the maximum torque density and reduce the volume and size of the motor
The rotation is very smooth, the cogging effect is very small, and the total harmonic distortion (THD) is very low
It has a wide range of operating speeds and fast acceleration
Application
