You may cancel an order for products that have not yet entered the shipping process by contacting Eriksen as soon as possible through the Eriksen Support Center or by phone. We will verify the status of your order and confirm whether it can be cancelled and whether any fees will apply.

Suppliers make a great effort to deliver purchased products quickly. If your order has already been shipped when you contact Eriksen, the product may be returned in accordance with the terms of the "Returns" section.

Products marked as special products (and non-returnable) may not be canceled if the manufacturer has processed the order specifically for you. Cancellation of large orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Eriksen reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an outstanding balance on the account.
