Certain non-manufacturer suppliers sell products that are not manufactured by them. In such cases, the manufacturer's warranty is provided by a third-party company with its own set of terms and conditions. The Website is not responsible for any terms, warranties, representations or guarantees provided by third-party manufacturers, except in relation to products manufactured by them. Non-manufacturer suppliers assign and pass on any manufacturer's warranties to Customer, who acknowledges that it can only seek indemnity under such warranties and solely from the manufacturer of the product. Eriksen (except in relation to products manufactured by it) and the non-manufacturer suppliers make no representations or warranties with respect to the products except as set forth in these Terms.

Except for warranties specifically granted by the manufacturer (as the case may be) and for warranties, conditions, representations, warranties and terms that cannot be excluded by law, Eriksen and the other suppliers disclaim to the fullest extent permitted by law all other warranties, conditions, representations, guarantees and terms with respect to any such products, whether express or implied by statute, law, trade usage, course of dealing, course of performance or otherwise.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms shall exclude, restrict or modify any non-exclusive rights or remedies you may have under any law.

Any disclaimers, exclusions or limitations set out in these Terms will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and will be subject to any non-excludable rights or remedies.
