Orders are not binding on Eriksen until they are accepted. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received by Eriksen before an order can be accepted. Unless otherwise specified, payment for ordered products is due before shipment.

If your order includes out-of-stock products, payment for the entire order will be processed at checkout and the order will be shipped once all items are available. This ensures that stock is reserved for you to ship with our next shipment when it arrives. If you wish to receive available products immediately, we recommend that you place separate orders.

Credit Card: To pay by credit card, you will need to enter your credit card number and expiration date at checkout. Visa credit cards are accepted on the website. If you would like to learn more about secure payment methods, please read the "Security and Privacy" section. You can contact the supplier via the email address or phone number in the product details and use your credit card in this way.

Please make sure your address and phone number match the address and phone number associated with your credit card account to avoid any delays. Most orders paid by credit card are processed and confirmed on the same day. The supplier will contact you if they have questions or need confirmation.

Please note that payments made through one of these express checkout options may be processed immediately, even if for some reason the supplier cannot ship the item immediately (for example, because the item is out of stock).

Wire transfer: Payments can be made via bank transfer. You can select this method during checkout. The ordered products will be held for you for 7 days, awaiting your payment. When using Eriksen's secure account (the platform guarantees funds and delivery for both buyers and sellers, and is not mandatory to use wire transfer as an alternative), for all orders under $500, this payment method is subject to a transaction service fee (2% of the actual order amount, capped at $200).
