Electroplating process
Plating process can be plated on the surface of the hardware on one or more layers of metal film, such as chromium plating, zinc plating, nickel plating and so on. In hardware bathroom products, chrome plating can improve the corrosion resistance and beauty of the product. The electroplating process is carried out in a specific electroplating bath, and the CNC system can control the soaking time and current density of the hardware in the electroplating solution to ensure that the thickness of the electroplating layer is uniform and the combination is firm.

Grinding technology
Grinding is a key process to improve the surface quality of hardware. The surface of hardware is finely ground by grinding equipment and special grinding materials. For high-precision hardware parts, such as hardware parts in precision instruments, grinding can further reduce the surface roughness, which can reach Ra0.1-Ra0.4μm, improve dimensional accuracy and shape accuracy, and ensure the high-precision performance of hardware parts in use.

Copying process
