Process Type
Vacuum Die Casting
Discharge gas from the mold cavity to minimize gas presence in the product. This improves the density and the mechanical properties, particularly the tensile strength and ductility. Added advantage is good surface quality and appearance.

Electroplating process
Based on the principle of electrolysis, the workpiece to be plated is used as the cathode and the plated metal is used as the anode, and they are placed together in an electrolyte containing the plated metal ions.
