Electrical - Discharge Machining
Based on the principle of spark corrosion, when the tool electrode and the workpiece electrode are close to each other, the inter-electrode voltage breaks down the dielectric in the gap, generating pulse discharge and eroding the metal material. It is suitable for processing conductive materials with high hardness and complex shapes, such as cemented carbide molds and fine structures of injection molds. It can process materials and shapes that are difficult to process with traditional mechanical processing, but the processing speed is relatively slow.

Punching
With the help of punching machines and dies, materials (such as plates) are separated or deformed under the action of punching pressure. It is often used in metal sheet processing, such as hole processing of automobile body parts, electronic product housings, etc. It has high production efficiency and is suitable for mass production, but the mold cost is high and the shape complexity is limited.

Laser Process
Using a high-energy-density laser beam to irradiate the surface of a material, the material is instantly melted and vaporized, and operations such as cutting, welding, and surface treatment are achieved.
