Product Description

TVD series precision planetary reducers have significant advantages. Helical gears provide low noise operation, backlash within 3 arc minutes, and precise positioning. Parallel tapered roller bearing design provides high rigidity and high load capacity. Single-stage efficiency is over 95%, and double-stage efficiency is over 92%, which is highly efficient and energy-saving. It has maintenance-free characteristics, low grease consumption, lifelong lubrication, and IP65 protection against leakage. It can be freely installed and adapted to any servo motor. It is suitable for semiconductor manufacturing equipment with high precision requirements; in automated warehousing and logistics, it can stably transmit power; it is also used in industrial robots to ensure precise movements and quiet operation to meet the needs of various industrial scenarios.

Precautions For Use
1.Select the reasonable reducer, damage of reducer may happen if choosen a reducer beyond the right power.
2.During the set up of reducer, please do not use the hammer hitting the reducer body, in case of impacting the accuracy during running.
3.Under the running status of reducer, do not put the hands or other objects on the rotary shaft, in case of injury.
4.Any uncommon sound /nosie or uncommon vibration, please stop the reducer running and contact us, we will provide the best solution.
5.Do not disassemble the reducer, no guarantee on performance after reassemblying.
6.Start the reducer step by step, do not lift the loader to the upper limit.
7.To extend the life of reducer, please do not put the reducer in bad environment.
