This series integrates three types of voice coil motors: rectangular (TMES), swing (TMER), and shaft-type (TMEH). Its universal design adapts to diverse control requirements, covering long-stroke linear motion (1-250mm), angular swing (1-120°), and shaft-type direct-propulsion (peak thrust of 29.3N). It offers the common advantages of lightweight actuators, fast response, and precise force control, precisely supporting precision motion control in fields such as semiconductors, automation, and aerospace.
