To better adapt to market demands and achieve the goals of miniaturization and lightweighting of brushless motors, through continuous optimization, the CTSM series of frameless brushless DC torque motors with a new design concept have been launched to the market. They feature small size, light body, high power density, high quality, and short production cycle. It provides an excellent solution for designing lightweight and miniaturized servo series for customers.
Functional Features

Directly connected to the equipment to enhance system accuracy and stiffness
Optional stainless steel rotor with high corrosion resistance
Operating temperature range: -40℃ to +55℃
Natural cooling, no need for cooling equipment

Each frame has multiple selectable segment lengths.
Rotor optimized by sinusoidal magnetic field
Low distortion sinusoidal reverse electromotive force waveform, low torque fluctuation
NdFeB material, stable operation in high-temperature environment, high power density
Selectable motor commutation Hall elements
Motor insulation grade F (155℃), also available in H (180℃) and C (210℃) grades
Application
