Machinary and Fabrication

This machine is used to change the shape of waste material so that the form of waste is easier to process in the next process (Re-use). There are tools to easily set the waste flatness, namely by setting the gap between 2 rollers (upper and lower). There is safety in the form of a cover that will make the engine turn off when opened, so that areas prone to pinching can be protected.

Machinary and Fabrication

Automatic feeder machine, used to transfer cylindrical parts to the grinding process. Along with the modifications made, the loading part capacity on this machine can be increased to 400 pcs per loading process, which means that this machine can be abandoned by the user and operate automatically within approximately 60 minutes. When the parts on the machine run out, the engine alarm will sound, which indicates that it is time for the user to refill the parts on the machine, or if the parts are not filled for more than a certain period of time, the machine will turn off automatically
