Company Case

Specializes in designing, manufacturing, and constructing metal stamping molds using modern CNC machinery, based on customer specifications or requirements, with methods carried out by highly experienced mechanical engineers.

Blanking: The process of punching holes in metal parts and removing the cut portion for use in other applications.
Piercing: Similar to the blanking method, but the punched material is used for other purposes (different from blanking, as the punched part is used in a different application).
Punching: Similar to the piercing process, where the punched part is used, but the material being shaped is a sheet with the same thickness as the final part that will be cut.
Forming Dia: Used for shaping materials after installing the die onto the press machine, applied to metal sheets, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and plastic sheets.
Spline Forming Die: A special feature for parts requiring high precision (Spline Punch Die Tolerance). This work is carried out in conjunction with EDM Wire Cut, ensuring smooth and beautiful metal surfaces as desired, whether the material is metal, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or carbide. Tool life is optimized through sharpening and blade changes to maintain efficiency.
Core Pin: A tool used in mold casting and machining. The core pin is used to remove parts from the mold die.

CNC turning work. We operate with highly efficient machinery in industrial plants, including:

CNC Lathe with Cartesian Coordinate System: The coordinate system is flat, where the position of the object is determined by positive values, with units in feet or meters, followed by decimal points.
CNC Machining Center (Vertical Machining Center Spindle, VMCs): The cutting tool is held vertically. This is typically used for cutting and smoothing the top surfaces of parts. The machine operates along three axes: X, Y, and Z. Additional equipment, such as an index head or a moving worktable, increases flexibility and productivity. The worktable can rotate 360 degrees around its axis, with an additional fourth axis.
CNC Machining Center (Horizontal Machining Center Spindle, HMCs): The cutting tool is held horizontally, and the worktable can rotate 360 degrees for circular movement, allowing for multi-sided machining with a single workpiece clamping. This machine is suitable for flexible manufacturing systems with four axes: X, Y, and B.
