Its independently developed miniaturized drive and control integrated electric grippers and the electric rotary grippers with servo motors built-in, designed for in vitro diagnostics and laboratory automation solutions, have been applied in multiple automated test systems. The compact structure greatly simplifies the previously complex integrated design of gripping systems. Features such as drop detection, grasp feedback, and power-off self-locking make the devices more intelligent.
The Jodell rudder electric rotary gripper ERG32-150 can be paired with the electric parallel gripper EPG50-060 for use in laboratory automated cup separation processing systems.The four channels can simultaneously scan, open, transfer, and close the lid, accurately transfer the liquid, with good repeatability. It can process more than 10000 samples per day, achieving high mechanical automation and digitization, freeing researchers from the heavy manual sample processing.
