If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased on the Website for any reason, you may return the product for a refund within 30 days of receiving the product, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. You must first notify the supplier to whom your order relates to obtain a Return Authorization (“RA”) number before returning the product. The (“RA”) number is valid for 30 days, during which time the returned product should be received by the supplier. Returns without a (“RA”) number will not be accepted. The product must then be returned in its original packaging (in good condition for resale) along with the receipt and your (“RA”) number. No refund will be given for any product that does not meet the above conditions.
Self-assembled robot parts will not be refunded once they are assembled. Robots and kits that require assembly or welding will not be refunded once they are assembled, welded or modified in any way. All sales of robot software and applications are final and are not refundable or exchangeable. Special orders and clearance items are not accepted for return unless found to be defective, in which case the product may be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the supplier. If you return a large quantity of the same product that was ordered specifically for you from the manufacturer, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Please note that all items will be refunded within 7-14 days of receipt by the vendor for returns (excluding shipping costs). You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the product. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to a shipping error by the vendor. A $100 cleaning fee may also apply if the Home Robot is returned without proper cleaning.
