The product is shipped by the Vendor in the same condition as it was received from the original manufacturer/distributor. The Vendor does not perform any testing prior to shipment.

Products are covered by the warranty provided by their respective manufacturers. Physical damage to any product purchased on the Website will void the manufacturer's warranty; physical damage includes, but is not limited to, improper handling and/or any other type of damage caused by improper use.

During the warranty period, the Vendor will only cover the shipping costs for replacement or return of defective products within the first 30 days after receipt of the product in the home country. After this delay, it is the customer's responsibility to ship the defective product back to the Vendor for product replacement or repair, and the cost of shipping the new or repaired product back to the customer in the Vendor's home country will be borne by the customer.

For international customers, shipping costs are not included. You are responsible for all shipping costs and customs duties for exchanges or repairs, if necessary.

Robot Kits: Please note that we will only replace defective components. We recommend that you carefully read the assembly instructions included with the Robot Kit and make sure you understand them before you begin assembly. Please work carefully on a clean table and take regular breaks to stay focused. The manufacturer provides the instructions necessary to properly assemble the Robot Kit, but is not responsible for mistakes or errors made by customers when assembling the product.
