Investment casting
A shell is made by coating refractory material on the surface of the fusible model such as wax mold. After melting off the mold, the shell is roasted and poured at high temperature. It is often used for small, complex and high-precision stainless steel coffee machine accessories, which can ensure good surface quality and dimensional accuracy.
Lost die casting
The foam models with similar size and shape to the castings were bonded and combined, then brushed with refractory paint and dried, buried in dry sand for vibration compaction, and poured under negative pressure. This process can reduce the processing allowance and improve production efficiency when producing some large parts of the coffee machine with relatively simple structure.
Ceramic mold casting
The ceramic paste is poured into the mold to form a cast, and then poured after spraying, roasting and other treatment. Suitable for manufacturing coffee machine accessories with special surface requirements or high precision requirements, to obtain high dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

Production process monitoring
