Heat treatment procedure

Quenching: Heat the stamping parts to above the critical temperature, keep them warm for a certain period of time, and then cool them rapidly to improve the hardness, strength, wear resistance and other properties of the material.

Tempering: A heat treatment process carried out after quenching, in which the stamping parts are heated to a temperature range below the critical temperature, kept at this temperature for a certain period of time, and then cooled.
