The DDSM series of sinusoidal brushless torque motors (also known as DD motors or sinusoidal brushless DC direct drive motors) come in a variety of thicknesses and torque ranges. They are easy to install, have excellent performance, and a long service life. We can provide customers with proprietary customized solutions. Unlike brushed DC torque motors, the DDSM series sinusoidal brushless torque motors have no brush wear, no commutation spark interference, and have greatly improved reliability and service life. This series of products is applicable to various high-precision platforms, optical turrets, tank turrets, unmanned aerial vehicle pods, medical equipment, underwater robots, high-precision CNC machine tools, industrial robot systems, intelligent agriculture, factory automation and other occasions.
Functional Features

Adopt distributed winding technology
A distributed winding with odd slots and fractional slots without common divisor configured with Hall elements
Motor outer diameter: 25.4mm- 600mm. Dozens of frame sizes and hundreds of models are available for selection
The motor insulation class is F (155℃), and H class (180℃) is also available as an option
The ultra-high positioning accuracy, when paired with a high-precision encoder, can reach over 1 arc second
The operating temperature range of the motor body can reach -40℃ to 180℃
Peak torque range: 0.02 N.m -7000N.m
Ultra-low speed operation can reach 0.0001/s
Extremely low cogging torque ≤0.1%
Ultra-low torque fluctuation ≤3%
Application
This series of products is applicable to various high-precision platforms, optical turrets, tank turrets, unmanned aerial vehicle pods, medical equipment, underwater robots, high-precision CNC machine tools, industrial robot systems, intelligent agriculture, factory automation and other occasions.
