Product Description
TMEP series flat voice coil motors have a universal design that is suitable for multiple control methods. They are lightweight, fast-response, have a peak force of 300N, and a stroke of 20mm (shorter than the TMES series). They can be used to make small X-Y two-axis motion platforms for use in the semiconductor and micro-equipment industries.
