Use tolerance
Observe the specified voltage and current ranges and operate the motor under the conditions defined in this standard; otherwise, motor performance and service life will be compromised.
Material handling motor
Handle with care, and utilize the motor housing whenever possible.
Motor wiring
Brushed motor: Connect the red lead to the positive terminal and the black lead to the negative terminal; if connected in reverse, the motor will rotate in the opposite direction.
Brushless motor: Please wire strictly according to the wiring diagram; connecting the power leads in reverse will damage the motor.
Overload
Operate the motor within the load limits specified by the company whenever possible. Strictly avoid stalling the motor or operating it in a near-stall condition for extended periods; doing so will cause the motor to burn out.
Storage temperature: 0°C–40°C; storage humidity: 15%–90% RH; avoid environments with high temperatures, high humidity, or corrosive gases.
Motor operating temperature: 0°C–50°C.
