UR3e Collaborative Robot

The UR3e collaborative robot is an ultra-lightweight collaborative industrial robot.

 

Weighing only 11 kg with a 3 kg payload and a 500 mm working radius, it is ideal for light assembly and automated workstations.

Repeatability of ±0.03 mm with 360° joint rotation

 - With a 3 kg payload, 500 mm reach and 6 rotating joints, all wrist joints rotate 360°, and the end joint rotates without limit.

 - The 128 mm base footprint allows tabletop or ceiling mounting, ideal for small automated cells.

 

17 safety functions 

- Including elbow monitoring, the safety system is approved and certified by TUV NORD.

Torque sensing in the flange with 3.5 N precision 

- The key difference between the e-series and the classic UR series: 

torque sensors integrated in the tool flange enable sensitive force detection and fast contact detection, with torque accuracy up to 3.5 N.
